How long does shipping take?
Orders within the EU arrive within 3–5 business days, and international orders within 7–12 business days. Each piece is carefully packed by hand, so please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.
How do I care for my ceramics and glass?
Our stoneware is dishwasher safe, though hand washing preserves the glaze longest. Mouth-blown glass should be washed by hand in warm water. Avoid sudden temperature changes to protect the material.
What is your returns policy?
