1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website sigxalcollection.christmas and any purchases made through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The Contract

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch. We reserve the right to decline any order.

3. Products

All items are handmade. Slight variations in colour, form, texture, and dimension are inherent to the nature of artisan craft and are not considered defects. Photographs are representative; the piece you receive will be uniquely its own.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment providers.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for the process. This does not apply to items custom-made to your specification.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Statutory Warranty

Goods are covered by the statutory warranty rights applicable under Danish and EU consumer law. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within a reasonable period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Sigxal Collection ApS and protected by copyright.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
