Dispatch & Handling
As each piece is packed by hand in plastic-free, compostable materials, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the point of dispatch. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes payable by the recipient.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For EU consumers, this includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Every order is packed with great care, but breakages can occasionally happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your expense. For faulty or incorrectly supplied items, we cover all return costs.
